Begin with the agreed requirements
Production follow-up needs a clear reference point. Bring together the accepted specifications, sample decisions and the supplier’s latest schedule. If a requirement changes, record the change and confirm what it means for the order before treating it as part of the agreed scope.
Ask about the current stage
An update should explain which activities are complete, which are under way and which have not started. Ask for information that relates to your order, such as photographs of the relevant work or clarification from the responsible contact. General factory activity does not necessarily describe your project.
Make open points visible
Technical questions, sample approval, material availability and coordination with other parties may affect progress. Keep those issues separate from completed work. A useful update names the issue, identifies the next action and explains what still needs a response.
Report delays as ongoing issues
Omega’s June 2026 CNC case describes supplier review, commercial support and continued follow-up. Delays remained under assessment in the supplied case record. An honest update preserves that status and helps the buyer decide which questions to raise next, without suggesting that delivery is complete.
Keep a shared follow-up record
Send your order information, the latest supplier communication and the questions you want answered. Omega can discuss project coordination around the current stage and the local follow-up required.
