The Requirement
The client needed support coordinating customized grills and firestarters, including technical details, samples and production requirements.

Coordinating the Details
Omega maintained communication between the client and manufacturer through photographs, videos, calls and specification reviews. Product adjustments and sample approval were coordinated before production.

Production and Shipment Preparation
The second order involved two containers. Development and production were completed, with loading preparation underway at the time of the report.
